Established in 2019 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, the Council advocates for a blockchain-friendly regulatory environment while building a strong foundation for education, collaboration, and economic development in the blockchain ecosystem.

Led by President & CEO Lee Bratcher, TBC brings together companies, developers, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to shape a future where blockchain thrives across industries—from finance and energy to healthcare and public infrastructure.
